Moore Business Forms |
|
Problem Area: The company had more than 20 different order entry systems, three order fulfillment systems and several other invoicing and accounting systems creating a complex spaghetti of system integration. While some systems were necessary for critical business operations, others needed to be integrated with SAP until SAP replaces them all. We were required to build a point-to-point interface between all systems.
Solution: KSoft helped Moore conceptualize and implement a simple model of hub-and-spoke architecture, which involved EAI technologies. Besides technical intelligence, our consultants also helped Moore with the in-depth knowledge of SAP's cross-application integration scenarios.
Results: Moore built extremely reusable, flexible, and robust interfaces to integrate legacy, SAP, and Internet-based systems using the same EAI technology. It reduced the time-to-market and operation cost and resulted in higher profits and greater customer satisfaction. |
